1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legal agreement between BengaBet and you. By using the BengaBet website (bengabet.win) or opening an account, you are deemed to have accepted all of the terms set out below.

• Each individual may only open one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Family members may open separate accounts from separate devices.
• BengaBet may require KYC verification when necessary — you may be asked to provide your national ID or other supporting documents.

3. Account Management

The security of your BengaBet account is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone and notify us immediately of any suspicious login activity.

3.1 Login Security

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi or on someone else's device.
• After logging in, always log out at the end of your session.
• BengaBet will never ask for your password via email or SMS.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, BengaBet may declare it dormant. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant accounts and will be deducted from the available balance.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

BengaBet supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Instant deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposit amounts will be credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus has been fully wagered.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — to the same mobile banking number.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

BengaBet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that you should review before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• The required wagering must be completed the specified number of times before any bonus withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• BengaBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

BengaBet has separate rules for Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and other games. General betting rules are outlined below:

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. If a match or game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, bengabet will settle the bet according to its own rules.
3. If evidence of match-fixing or score manipulation is found, the relevant bet will be voided.
4. In live betting, odds may change due to network delays — the odds confirmed at the time of placement are final.
5. Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BengaBet and will result in permanent account termination:

• Bonus abuse or gaining an unfair advantage through multiple accounts.
• Hacking, scripting, or use of automated software on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating BengaBet staff.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Offensive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
